Alaa Adel

Alaa Adel graduated in 2006 with a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics
Engineering.
Alaa is currently the Vice President and Managing Director for Cerner
Middle East & Africa, where he is eading a team of approximately
350 individuals.
Cerner is a global leader in health information and EHR technologies.
Alaa joined Cerner in 2009 and served various positions in the
organization before moving to the Middle East to run the regional
headquarters. Prior to joining Cerner, he worked in healthcare sales
at GE and Fuji Medical. Alaa was named one of the top 50 CEOs in
the region and won Forbes’ “Global Meets Local” award for 2021.
