King Abdullah II School of Engineering Launches Modern IoT Specialty in

       Jordan and the Arab Region

Internet of Things Communications Engineering (IoT) is a New Specialty Taught at

the King Abdullah II School of Engineering

PSUT stands out for its cutting-edge
and rare specializations, aligning with the
       demands of technological advancements
and the job market. Recently, global
attention has shifted towards the Internet
of Things (IoT), recognized as IoT, emerging
as a crucial specialization for the future,
       gaining prevalence today. Consequently, the
university has taken the initiative to establish
a program dedicated to the Internet of
       Things (IoT).

In the past few years, IoT has emerged
as one of the key technologies of the 21st
century. Now, with the ability to connect
various devices such as lighting, kitchen
appliances, and cars to the Internet,
       communication between individuals and
objects is simplified, making the interaction
more efficient. With the accessibility of
low-cost cloud computing, big data and
       analytics systems, and mobile technologies,
physical objects can share and collect
data with minimal human intervention. In
       today’s hyper-connected digital world, digital
systems can record, monitor, and control
       interactions among connected devices.

from location restrictions, allowing individuals to control devices without
the need to be in a specific place.
