Two Teams from PSUT win the First Place Award of IEEE Empower a Billion

          Two teams from PSUT’s King Abdullah II School of Engineering jointly secured first place in the IEEE Empower a Billion Lives International Award,
        competing against teams from various countries. The teams, led by Prof. Fadi Shahrouri and Dr. Majd Batarsah, presented innovative energy-saving solutions
        in Orlando, Florida. Her Highness Princess Sumaya bint El Hassan commended the achievement, highlighting PSUT’s global standing. President Prof. Wejdan
        Abu Elhaija praised the teams as the sole Arab representatives, emphasizing the university’s commitment to international collaboration. Dean Dr. Essam Al-
        Qaralla lauded the school’s professors for their ongoing pursuit of excellence. The winning projects earned acclaim for their distinctive ideas and promising
