University Student Clubs Promote Innovative Skills Development

Student clubs are integral to university life, fostering talents and ‘Model United Nations’ 12 Conference

activities and enhance their life skills. The Deanship of Student Affairs has a at PSUT

The IEEE PES PSUT, the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers
student club at PSUT, has achieved recognition as the most active branch
in Region 8 (R8), consisting of 44 branches across the Middle East, Europe,
and Africa. The acknowledgment was received during IEEE PES Day, a
global event. The recognition reflects the dedication of the students and
Organizing Committee in enhancing knowledge through well-organized
sessions, informative talks, and field trips, aligning with the university’s
commitment to advancing students’ proficiency in line with global
technological progress. Prof. Fadi Shahrouri, the Head of the Electrical
Engineering Department, highlighted this achievement.
